Kinae Software offers services via outsourcing or remote hiring; this is, we travel if needed, for some stages of the development process as the project analysis, the implementation and training, but the programming phase is done in our offices. It is possible, although, depending on the case, that the programming will also occur in the customer site.

We can sum up our methodology of work in the next steps

  1. Customer contacts us, submits their information, project description and a request of proposal.

  2. Based on the this information we contact the customer and give instructions for them to send a requirements document.

  3. We analyze such document and based on it we agree the terms of the contract and an estimate of working hours, and we submit a proposal of solution.

  4. When he customer approves the proposal, which includes the description and scope of our services, including the separation of the project in phases and description of deliverables, then we begin the process of designing the solution.

  5. We deliver a partial product in each phase, and charge for it, in that way customer can make partial payments and always be sure of the real status of the project.

  6. The last deliver of the product and services is done, so the project is complete.
